GROUPE SETIN-4MYPLANET - Arrival at Mon 29 Nov - Race time: 22j 3h 11m 21s

 Alexia Barrier
 Manuel Cousin

On Monday, November 29, it was at 11:38 minutes and 21 seconds in Martinique (16 hours 38 minutes and 21 seconds, metropolitan time), that the duo aboard Groupe Sétin - 4MyPlanet crossed the finish line of the 15th edition of the Transat Jacques Vabre in eighteenth position of the Imoca.

Manuel Cousin, all smiles, said on his arrival:We are there because we love it, we love sport, we like to fight, and when there is adversity as we have known it, is even better. We had a lot of fun, it was very close, there was a fight at all levels. We weren't bored! ".

And Alexia Barrier added: "We are happy, we fought to the end with Clément Giraud (Compagnie du Lit / Jiliti) and Arnaud Boissières (La Mie Câline). We did not give up until the end. It didn't pay off but that's okay because we're very happy to be there and we had a great race. It felt like we were going through 4 Doldrums. I am delighted with this accomplishment, this race. And this is my first time coming to Fort de France, so I'm going to make a wish. "

Alexia will take advantage of these few days in Martinique to rest before attacking, just like Manu, a new season in view of the Route du Rhum 2022. As soon as it arrives in Brittany, Manu's boat will return to work at Mer Agitée for new ones. improvements and Alexia will focus on a new program, with one thing in common: find financial partners for the Vendée Globe 2024.
